Sean Song (Dong Hyun Song), Executive Vice President & partner consultant at Strategy Salad, leads social issue and crisis management communication services.
As a founding member of Strategy Salad, he built up his career as marketing manager for the online and offline marketing for the Fashion Division at SK Networks, and marketing communication manager at Liquor BG of Doosan Group, gaining diverse experiences in Korean corporations in corporate and brand marketing and corporation promotions. D.G. Shin is an executive partner/VP, Strategy Salad, currently taking a lead of consulting services in the fields of high-ranking press relationship, publicity and crisis management communications.
Started his career from Doosan Group in 1990, he was promoted up to an executive director of PR Department, Doosan Group, through the Planning and Coordination Office, Doosan Development, during which he made distinguished achievements in corporate communication for the company from 1994 based on his affluent background knowledge on corporate communication and media relation.
As the leader of PR Department of Doosan Group, he took a lead of communications as a whole for Korea Heavy Industries and Construction (currently Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction) and Daewoo Machinery (currently Doosan Infracore) put into practice while Doosan Group has expanded its business areas to grow to be a global heavy industry giant after selling off Oriental Brewery.

Moreover, he is recognized to have upgraded the corporate image externally, after the successful acquisition as above, by highlighting the group's new visions and strengths as a global business giant, and have greatly been contributed to coping over imminent issues then facing the Doosan Group, such as internal/external risks and global financial crisis.

Kate Park (Park, Sun Hyang), an executive partner/Corporate PR div, Strategy Salad, leads overall operation of media relations and publicity.
Having worked for Communications Korea, Edelman Korea and the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, she has built a solid career through hands on expertise acquired in media relations, publicity and strategy consulting and implementation.
As a specialist in media relations and publicity, she has delivered successful outcomes through her expertise in media relations, MPR and issue management for countless major companies including Toyota Motor Korea/Lexus, JITK, Johnson & Johnson Medical Korea, Pharmacia Korea, Indonesia Culture and Tourism Agency, Jakarta City Government Tourism Office, National Pension Service, Newbridge Capital, CJ-Baxte, AstraZeneca, Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company, MSD, Burberry Golf, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (Acuvue), Gillette Oral-B, Pulmuone Greenche, and Kia Motors Corporation.

Alex Yoon (Yoon, Soo Han), an executive partner/Issue Management div, Strategy Salad, leads an overall operation of media relations and issue management.
Having worked at LG Chem, KookSoonDang, Home Plus, and Lotte Group, his 20 years of PR experience exceeds far beyond PR duties and includes enterprise-level issue management.
During his in-house tenure, he successfully managed issues such as fraudulent stock exchange rumors, plant site accidents, shareholder disputes, M&A collisions, black consumer responses, competitor scandal responses, national-level political and social issues management, controversies in safety, and the PI (President identity) management.
Throughout his 12 years at Lotte Corporation, he encompassed major milestone related PR practices in several different business units such as Lotte Beverages, Lotte Property & Development, and Lotte Hotel Services BU.

Jay Kwon, Adviser of Strategy Salad is leading specialized executive training services such as media training, spokesman training and stakeholder communication training.
Starting his career as a reporter in 1981 at MBC, he served various positions as reporter, business editor, chief editor, editorial writer and correspondent in Washington DC.
He is also famous for a prime TV news anchor in MBC. He led morning and weekend news as well as MBC News Desk as a main anchor. He also ran off Korea’s top TV program ‘Debate for 100 minutes’ and ‘Economy Magazine’ in MBC.
For more than 37 years, he held key important positions as the most successful journalist in Korea through Director of the News Headquarters and Vice President of MBC and President of MBC plus.
He received reputed awards such as Korea Journalist Award (1986), Korea Broadcasting Award (1987), Korea Broadcasting Award (2013) and credited as a competent journalist.
He also served Korean society as a member of Public Official Ethics Commission for Supreme Court, and Vice President for Korea News Editors Association.
He graduated from Seoul National University and got a master’s degree in journalism and mass communication in Hanyang University.
